The SLVCE Private card ("the card") is a Visa Platinum charge card issued to eligible SLVCE investors through the One application; the issuing institution is named in the cardholder agreement provided at approval. The card is an access instrument to your existing SLVCE account; it is not a bank account, a deposit, or an investment product, and it creates no new balance separate from your account.
The card is available to investors holding an active SLVCE account in good standing, opening first to One investors, by request from the Private tab in One. Every request is reviewed individually by the desk. The desk may approve, defer, or decline a request without stating a reason. Membership is opened deliberately, in small batches, in order of request.
On approval, a digital card is issued instantly in One and becomes available to Apple Pay and Google Pay. The physical metal card follows by courier to the address you provide. Issuance and the first metal card are free for One investors. Replacement metal is charged at cost, shown before you order it.
Card transactions are authorised against, and settle in USD from, the available balance of your SLVCE account. You set per-transaction and daily limits in One; changes apply instantly. Card actions above your chosen threshold require Face ID confirmation in One. Where the planned spend-from-yield mode is enabled, the card settles against accrued strategy income first and never against locked principal; until then, settlement draws on your available account balance.
Your card number, your name and slyce.xyz are machined into the titanium; the CVC and expiry never appear on the metal. Control over them is digital: freeze, limits, and reissue live in One, behind your device biometrics and your step-up authentication. You can freeze the card in One at any time, effective immediately, and order replacement metal from the app.
No issuance fee and no annual fee while your SLVCE account remains active. Foreign-exchange conversion is applied at the Visa network rate, disclosed in One before confirmation where a pre-authorisation allows it, and itemised on your statement always. A dormancy fee may apply where an account holds a card but has had no investment activity for twelve consecutive months; it is disclosed in One before it is ever charged.
Card statements are delivered monthly to your registered email and are available in One. Statements itemise every transaction, every fee, and every FX conversion. If a line on your statement surprises you, the desk answers on the concierge line.
Concierge, eSIM provisioning, and other member services are provided on a best-effort basis, may involve third-party providers, and may change. Services marked "planned" in One are announced intent, not a promise with a date.
You may close the card at any time from One; closure takes effect once outstanding authorisations settle. We may suspend or withdraw the card with thirty days' notice, or immediately where required by law, network rules, or the security of your account. Closing the card does not affect your investment account or its terms.
You are responsible for transactions you authorise. You are not liable for transactions made after you freeze the card, nor for transactions that demonstrably did not originate from your credentials. Report anything suspicious from One or on the concierge line; the desk investigates every report.
We may amend these terms with thirty days' notice through One and email. Continued use of the card after notice is acceptance. If you do not accept a change, close the card before it takes effect; closure is free.
